Your New Samsung Fizz Duos model is really rediculas. My wife gigted me the new set on my last birthday that is on 24 July,2010. She procured this set because of 02 sim slots option. From the day one it is giving following troubles,<br />
01. only showing 01 network at a time .In this time span once it has catched signals of both the sims but again within 02 days signals gone. <br />
02. Outgoing voice is too low that i offtenly got complaint from my freinds that your voice comes too low during conversation.<br />
03. It never picks the signal of local FM radio channels when I travels through a local train or metro.<br />
04. Battery discharges fully in a single day even i talk only 1/2 an hour only.<br />
<br />
I wnt to give back this set. I do not want this at all.<br />
I can also replace this model phone from any of other samsung model for which i will put the extra money of rate difference , if applicable.<br />
<br />
Plz suggest &amp; call me at 9718367647 with solution.<br />

     This is not problem but of  many consumers of airtel. first of all they don't explain the hidden plans and when the consumer apply and had payed for the connection,then they reviled there plans. i am come of there victims.<br />
     Airtel is now providing me 512kbps plan for 599/- per month but as soon as my download limit cross 10 gb a month they switch my plan to 256kbps for the whole month of my billing. they didn't told me about this when they were giving the connection. on the contrary bsnl does not do so. I have deposited the 3 months advance to airtel.<br />
     As you are the regulating body how can you help me.<br />

On 27th aug 2010 My AC is giving problem of no cooling, I called Samsung Customer Care @ 1800110011 regarding this they told me that they will send the engineer to my Res to check the problem (BP # 8410589242).When Engineer came he told me that Ac's Gas was leaked and ac should go to service center for gas refilling it will takie 2-3 days On 29th Persons from Samsung Service center named. <br />

On Monday 30th Aug, I received a call from Service cente that Acs Condensor is faulty and needs to be replaced (Being its under Warranty) and Part is not available so, we need 2-3 More days.<br />
After so many fiollw ups finally On Saturday 4th Sep I again called Service center and they told me that they received that part and we are going to install and after checking we will deliver it by Sunday 5th Sep, but nobody came to deliver, now on Monday 6th Sep I again called at service center to get the status this time they say thatr part is not yet recieved and it will be delivered by Thursday(9th Sep).<br />
<br />
Now, I want you to do somethng in  this regard.<br />
I want a new AC in Replacement of that AC.<br />
<br />
Please help me.<br />

My car was insured with national insurance company ltd with policy no#-70084289.And now with Tata Aig, Policy no#- 15090838700, Client id -5001524780.<br />

Now I am handling the car since last 6-7 months. The current policy has been taken by me (Ashutosh Kumar). Before that my father was deriving it. And he takes a claim from previous insurance from which I was not aware. And at the time of Current insurance, I have got the NCB. <br />
<br />
I (Ashutosh Kumar) got an accident on 25 Aug,2010  at 12.30 am at Modinagar with a track, in which my car left driver seat gate, back gate and back right light has been damaged. I have informed your officer at the very same day and Mr.Ravindra Shaini(9873366333) suggested me to leave the car and documents at ORIX Gurgaon and he will review. At the time of reimburse he said that company can’t pay both thing NCB and Claim. I said till now I was not aware from last claim, so I am ready to pay NCB. But he is saying that now company can’t do anything. <br />
<br />
If your company really can’t do anything, there is no benefit of insurance in TATA AIG. Return my full policy amount and cancel my policy.</div>

According to Their online info, Delivery will be done within 2 days. When some body called me regarding booking, he conformed me that product will be delivered within four days. But till now I have not received the product. When I requested them to cancell the order, Neither they have taken care for delivery nor they have cancelled my order and refunded the money.<br />
Right now I want to cancel my order, I am not happy with the service provided by TVC.Please do the needful to cancel the order no &quot;OW00001192&quot; and refund my money.<br />

I Purchase a Black Berry 8320 Mobile phone on 17/08/2010  for total amount of Rs. 9,298.00 from shoopingIndiatime  .There was a  offer from there side if you purchase by using ICICI credit card you can convert your toatal amount into 6 EMI interest free and no extra charges.I accepted that offer and i purchase by using ICICI credit card on the same day i recieved a message on mobile phone your credit card has been debit for Rs 9298 when i asked the phone banking officer he told me this amount is blocked not drawn . When i see my Sept statement what i see the total amount was drawn not the EMI which  the person told me while purchasing. What is happening I dont know that is the worst experience i'm facing from purchasing online from shoopingindiatimes site. When i give a call to my bank thay told me the merchant  had blocked the money and not converted to EMI. <br />

At time of purchasing they had given the offer of free vouchers but no after getting there payment and send me the old set which was already used.</div>
