Since installation of AIRTEL High Definition I have not been receiving Raj TV though I purchased the Complete South Indian package (I am able to receive all channels like, Sun, Jaya, etc except Raj TV for which I keep getting error code 4).<br />
<br />
Despite several complaints from my side and assurances from AIRTEL this has not been resolved yet. The best part is that every time I call I am given a new complaint number saying the old complaint has been resolved which is completely false - perhaps by closing complaints falsely they are able to project better response time.<br />
<br />
The behaviour of the call centre executive is condescending and rude and I am stuck with an indifferent service provider who just doesnt care once the product is sold!<br />

I had registered a complain regarding poor signal quality 17 days back which is not yet resolved. i have been calling the customer care day night since 15 days and customer care people act like they are the least interested people interested. they are keep on telling me that my DTH location has been changed which is baseless. none of their engineer has ever given me a single call or visited my house the same place where it was installed 1 year back. Their engineer is making them fool and they are making me. customer care seniors like Mr. Ranjeet, Mr. Satish, Mr. Sunny Bawa, Kavita Sharma and many more just do not do any thing regarding this just because they know next time the same customer will not be talking to them they are just a bunch of useless people out there, I think customer care should change there name to CUSTOMER CARELESS. Its been 17 days and i m still waiting for some one from reliance big tv to come and see the big mess these people have created. Trust me never ever go for reliance big tv..its unimaginably bad.</div>

This is to inform that I had purchased an Airtel DTH on 26th of July, 2010 by calling on 12148 of Airtel. Due to technical difficulties my credit card was debited twice for Rs 999 (total Rs 1998). I called the customer care and I was told that only one transaction was done and was given transaction number 9985187 but when I checked with my credit card the amount was debited twice. I was also told to mail the statement copy to <a href="mailto:alfred.david@shelltransource.com">alfred.david@shelltransource.com</a> and to call 0-9223589973.<br />
<br />
I mailed the statement copy on 28th of July, 2010 and called on the above phone number and I was told that within one week the amount will be refunded but it was not done.<br />
<br />
Then I forwarded the mail to <a href="mailto:digitalTV@airtlel.in">digitalTV@airtlel.in</a> on 16th of August and I received a call on 17th August and was assured that amount will be reversed in one week again this was not done. <br />
<br />
Again, I mailed <a href="mailto:digitaltv@airtel.in">digitaltv@airtel.in</a> on 31st August and again I received call from Airtel that amount will be credited in 48 hours which was not done.<br />
<br />
Kindly check into this issue.<br />

I have filled all the necessary documents, emailed the receipts ( <a href="mailto:customercare@dishtv.in">customercare@dishtv.in</a>), complained (vide complaint no.-44227691 dtd 31.08.10), my connection hasn't yet been activated.<br />
No response / reply from DISH TV.<br />
I would like to take up this with you for an early resolution.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>On 22nd Aug 2010 I gave contact details at Airtel site for DTH connection and then I got call &amp; emal from  Manoj Shah of Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd and asked to me to do payment of 1590/- for the same offer and said I will get connection within 24 hours. <br />
<br />
On 28th Aug 2010, a cash collection boy Mr Mahesh (phone no. 9999753780) came to my residence at Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi and told me that the connection will be installed next day.  On 30th Aug 2010 I have been informed about my ID No.3005115635 for future reference and assure me connection will be installed on 31.8.10 by 1500hrs. But despite of calling again and again on several numbers no body is responding and Airtel DTH yet not installed. <br />
<br />
Once I made payment, since then I didnt get any call or response from them. I tried to call them on his number and no response.<br />
<br />
Is the Airtel looting the people with Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd jointly.<br />

I have paid an amount of 999+ 1265 towards airtel HD dth connection through ivr and they told that the services are available in my area taking the reference of pin code 532005. But after four days they are telling that i have to located the dealer in my area and i tried even that. But there is no dealer in my area. The response from the customer care is also not in a proper way. I have trasaction id also with me as a proof. <br />
<br />
Now i am repenting by taking the connection from the airtel( irresponsible people) directly. If i would have taken from any dealer there would be no headache like this.<br />

Plz suggest me ...<br />

My address is A-501, Shivlok, Raheja Apt. Balkum, Thane-400608.<br />
I had logged complaint of not working of remote control through my registered mobile no. 923501762 on 24-09-2010. As per their schedule the complaint should be attended within 72 hrs, i.e. by 27-09-2010. Since then I had remined many times but no action what so ever is done by Tata Sky so far. I am giving hereunder the details of complaints made for your reference.<br />

Since the remote is not working so I am not able to use the service allthough the daily charges are being deducted from the amount already depositied with them.<br />
As there is no othenticated office of Tata Sky in Thane or Mumbai so I can not even contact any body in person. The only way to contact is through ;hone which apears to be false.<br />
I request you to take strong action so that my problem is solved and no other person like me is suffered</div>

&gt;1. I wish to inform you that I was approached by two sales representatives representing the direct buisness associate of Relaince Big TV on 13 August 2010. They came from M/s APPCO Marketing (India) Pvt Ltd, Bangalore.<br />
&gt;<br />
&gt;2. Their names are Mr Prashant (mob - 9886149040) and Mr shahikant (Mob - 8095070529). They informed me the following:-<br />
&gt;<br />
&gt;(a) That a special plan has been launched by Big TV especially for Armed forces personnel on the occassion of Independence day.<br />
&gt;<br />
&gt;(b) That in the special scheme two Big TV connections will be given for the cost of one Big TV amounting to Rs 2980/-<br />
&gt;<br />
&gt;(c) That one Big TV could be installed at your location while the second could be gifted or installed at any other location in India as per our desire..<br />
&gt;<br />
&gt;(d) That Big TV doesnot levy any charges towards shifting charges in case of frequent transfers, which makes the scheme extremely attractive for personnels employed in the forces.<br />
&gt;<br />
&gt;(e) That Rain has no effect on the transmission and signal quality of the system as compared to other Dish TV's which is a new feature. Hence Reliance Big TV is preferred choice by most customers.<br />
&gt;<br />
&gt;(f) Balance can be carried forward in the smart card by just removing the card when not in use thereby ensuring you donot have to pay anything extra incase you proceed on leave and the TV is not seen for months together.<br />
&gt;<br />
&gt;(g) The Big TV which will be installed has a universal remote and thus the same remote can be used to operate the TV and Big TV simultaneously.<br />
&gt;<br />
&gt;(h) Big TV charges only 80 Paisa for any movie that is pre 2009 vintage. Balance new movies are available for Rs 15 to Rs 20. <br />

&gt;(j) That Rs 300/- per connection will have to be paid to the engineer when installing the system.<br />

&gt;(k) I would get two Gold packs with 3 months subscrition free with a regional channel (bengali which I chose) free.<br />

&gt;3. Based on the above facts I made the mistake to purchase the system and paid an amount of Rs 2980/- vide ICICI Meerut bank cheque No 925784. <br />

To my utter shock and disbelieve, during installation I was told by the engineer from reliance Big TV that though two Big TV connections will be installed, only one dish with a big LNB and two connections can be provided. He also told me that you can't put a dish at any other location except this house else the scheme is not valid. Further to my shock I learnt that there are shifting charges being levied by the company, the remote is not universal, rain has an effect on the system just as other dish TV's and movies are not cheap to the extent of 80 Paise as claimed. Finally only One Big TV was installed in my residence on paying Rs 300/- as installation charges (Smart card No 200793737883). I requested them to install the second connection at the following address (Since I had no option as I had already paid and I knew that no concession was made - A TOTAL FRAUD!!!!):-<br />

This is possibly the worst treatment which can be meted to any service personnel especially during Independence day by playing with their emotions.<br />

&gt;7. Calls to Mr Prashant and Shashikant are not being answered now. Once Mr Prashant picked up to tell me he has since left the company that too within two days of my purchase!!!! I've registered my verbal complaint even in the APPCO Marketing (India)Pvt Ltd office at tel No 080-32412844 and 9342123614.<br />

&gt;8. Iam looking forward to the action that can be taken by you against these frauds that have been committed against me. Infact some more service personnel from the same area have also met with the same state. <br />

 9. I immediately rang up the toll free no of Reliance Big TV and registered a complaint in the name of these two persons. The reperesentative from the customer care also advised me to lodge an online complaint which was done on 26 August 2010 by an email to <a href="mailto:customercare@bigtv.co.in">customercare@bigtv.co.in</a>. The mail was replied on 27 August 2010 stating that the company has taken up your issue with concerned department for necessary action and that they apologize for the inconvenience caused to me. However they have clearly stated in their mail to me on 30 August 2010 that no compensation of wrong commitment made can be processed by them regretting to process my request. <br />

10. May I request you to initiate action against Big TV and APPCO Marketing (India) Pvt Ltd, Bangalore.<br />
at the earliest.<br />
