Hi,

I got a call from this website that you have won an Ipod from apple whose market value is 5600+ but since this is promo and you are one of the lucky customers you just have to pay Rs 599 as of handling charges and its a real appleipod with 1 year warrantly. I said fine i can pay the handling charges but when i actually got the product its not of sony its of any local brand named Dream which was not even working. The courier refused to allow me to open and check and without warrantly. These people cheated me. When I called up the customer service these people they never respond to the calls.

The firm needs to be blacklisted. I even wrote a letter to their address indicated on the website. However there has been no response.
Kindly take action against them and try to refund my money plus penalty on these people for cheating the people and doing frauds so that they close this company.
