    Angry 100bestbuy.com did not delivered the product

    I have ordered men's formal watch from 100bestbuy.Com, but they have sent me incorrect watch I.E. Reebok watch instead of the selected watch on their website. When I called to their customer care they told me to send the watch back to their address and they will replace it and will sent the correct watch. My order ID is: 611248. But I have sent them the watch back at their address along with the invoice. I do have the copy of invoice and letter sent to them. This incident took place in nov'2011. But even after my several reminder emails and phone calls they have not yet sent me the replaced watch. Even they have not refunded the amount back to me till date. I am not able to contact them now as their customer care number is also not working properly. I think they are totally fraud and are cheaters.

    Hi Please note the order no I have already mentioned in my complaint. It is 611248. My mobile number is +91-9873936177. If you did not send the replaced watch within 7 days time, I will be forced to take any legal action against your company. Also, if you cannot sent the watch than provide the full refund of the product i.e. Rs. 250/-. Please respond ASAP.

    Either you refund the full amount or provide the original watch that I have chosen from your website. Otherwise after 29th Feb 2012, I will be forced to file a case against your company. I will also make sure that I get the necessary compensation for the same.
