I have ordered men's formal watch from 100bestbuy.Com, but they have sent me incorrect watch I.E. Reebok watch instead of the selected watch on their website. When I called to their customer care they told me to send the watch back to their address and they will replace it and will sent the correct watch. My order ID is: 611248. But I have sent them the watch back at their address along with the invoice. I do have the copy of invoice and letter sent to them. This incident took place in nov'2011. But even after my several reminder emails and phone calls they have not yet sent me the replaced watch. Even they have not refunded the amount back to me till date. I am not able to contact them now as their customer care number is also not working properly. I think they are totally fraud and are cheaters.![]()
