    Sir/Madam,

    Below is the mail I have send to 100bestbuy.com many times but these people just
    send only one message i.e. Apology for the inconvenience and delay and please
    send the packet back we will replace it with the good one , or call to our customer care executive on 08088211777. But non of the customer care executive responds to the call ...
    so please help me in getting my money .

    This is to inform you that as per your mail I call many times to your customer care
    executive during office hours(9:30 am 6:30 pm) but I am sorry to say that your after
    sales service is also very poor as nobody receives the call and therefore I am very
    disturbed due to this inconvenience raised by 100bestbuy.com. As per your
    mail I will return the product back but first I want to speak to your customer care
    executive. So I request you to call me on 08126379104. When you can call me in late night around 11:00 pm (and said you are selected for consolation price which is one apple i-pod with 8 GB inbuilt storage capacity having the feature of video playing with 2 year warranty with original company bill i.e. apple( the executive also told me the modle no of the apple i-pod which I don't remember) worth Rs. around 4500/- and I was asked to pay only 10% of the price and the shipping charges total is Rs. 1164/- other than this 100bestbuy offered a reebok watch as a gift with 1 year warranty . Also the executive neither told me that If I accept this offer my credit amount i.e. Rs. 200 will also be added to the amount of consolation price i.e. the total amount I payed is Rs. 1164 + 200 ) though your working hrs are 9:30 am to 6:30 pm but for doing fraud your customer care executive can do late night duties so why they cant pick call after 6:30 pm you better take this case seriously and do the needful as early as possible I am waiting for a call from your side.......or I will be forced to take action....

    100Best Buy has cheated me of Rs. 242 by my bank account for the contest of blackberry torch. They have never refund the amount of Rs. 242 to my bank account. Kindly do the necessary action against such a fraud concern.

    First clear me the whole scene, I mean tell the steps, in the transaction process.........and also let me know the date of the transaction....


    Also you check your 100bestbuy.com account where you must have registered your self before participating in the contest , Rs. 242 must be credited in your 100bestbuy.com account and you can participate in more contests of worth Rs. 242/- from the account itself. If you find your Rs. 242/- in your 100bestbuy.com account than don't feel cheated rather it is the case that you didn't read the conditions properly .......

    I found that credit amount of Rs. 242 in my account of 100bestbuy.com. But I need the money back to my icici bank account. I don't want to participate on any of the contest hereafter. Please do the necessary action ASAP.

    I participated a contest which was playing through 100bestbuy.Com just rs.199 for so many products. So I applied for one Samsung Galaxy Note for that i made payment 5 times of worth rs 199 each and end of month me haven't selected for lucky draw, then i called them to revert my money and they told me that this Money will not be refundable. if you win in this contest, you will win the product free of cost which will be chosen from you by 100bestbuy website. If you will not win your money will be added as credit points in our site, by that credit point you can purchase any products from 100bestbuy website in very less price. Then i ordered a Nikon Coolpix S4150 from 100bestbuy, then i receive a mail and call from their executive and he told me to pay online and then he give me order number. After online payment, again he called me and give me order number and said you will received your product by courier within 6 days. After 10 days i got my product (Nikon Coolpix S4150) and i save more than RS.2500 as well as i use my credit points to purchase this product. Its market cost is around RS. 9500. I m very happy with their online service.

    There is no option in the payment mode to use my credits. This is very ridiculous and difficult on your explanation.

    Kindly explain in brief with sample screen shot.

    Otherwise If you are wise then return my money back to my bank account.

    I am not the person who can refund your Rs. 242/- it's 100bestbuy.com who did fraud with you, I am a victim just like you. Look friend it's not the matter of some Rs. it's a matter of cheat, cheating with your faith, cheating with the people who step forward to accept and help grow the tradition of e-commerce.
