Dear Sir/mam,

i have shopping by online by this site. they give me information that they give me audio-video i pod from Apple company. but when i got the product, i got the local product with only audio IPOD with broken assessory. and paid for 1050 Rs. case. same day i return back the product to company at Bangalore address. when i told regarding the refund bank. they told me. we will not refund back money, they give only credit points or choose any other product. but i need my refund back my money.

Dear Sir/mam,

i have shopping by online "Hicks Nebulizer (Order no. LSB-794665) on 28.01.2012".but I was surprised to see the order supplied without its manual & warranty card also, courier people has demanded Rs 80 /- as delivery charge which I have paid him.when i have complain to customer care via mail on dated 28 jan 2012 and 29 jan 2012 and again reminder mail on dated 08 Feb 2012.
but sorry to say that they was not respond to my mail till date.i think there main aim is sale to product not to service.

and also they are not ready to accept the complain/Feedback.
