I purchased a pairs of green colored Aiva Sandal(size-7) on 6th-Nov-2011 from shopping site 99labels. On purchase this information was provided that product would be shipped with in 20 working days of sale closure. So i waited for the product to be delivered til 8th-Dec-2011.
After that i followed up with the customer care, where i was informed that said product is out of stock and the seller is waiting to receive the product stock from the vendor.
Further after having some mail exchanges regarding product delivery i requested for order cancellation on 9-Dec-2011 which was accepted by seller(99Labels.com) with a commitment to process cancellation and refund with in 48-72 hours. i waited for next 4 days but no cancellation and refund was processed, so i contacted back seller regarding cancellation process.
To will seller replied that same gets reflected in account in 4-5 working days from the date of cancellation and amount to be credited to my account on 99Labels site.
I again waited till 20-Dec-2011 and wrote back to seller, but i did not receive any response rather shipper delivered a black colored Aiva Sandal(size-7) to my parents in my absence.
And a mail stating:- "Kindly be updated that we have received the cancellation request from your end on 8th December 2011 and the same date we have received the product from our Vendor end.So the cancellation was not process from our end." was sent to me.
I again wrote back to seller regarding this delivery of wrong product inspite of cancellation request but did not get any satisfactory reply.
Till then i am regularly writing to seller getting false commitments that they would get the product picked back in some days but nothing has been done so far.
I am still waiting for the product to be picked back and my money refunded.
I have record of all the trail mails exchanged. Please suggest what can i do to get my money refunded.
