My name is Wazihuddin Mansoor, from Bharuch Gujarat, I have complaint against dealsandyou.com as they have not delivered me the ordered product details are as below :

I ordered (ORDER NO. 330669, Dated 19/12/2011) a radio controlled toy helicopter from the dealsandyou website on 25th of December 2011, As per their policy I had to make payment which I made by debit card of ICICI bank, and according to the website after clearance of my payment they ship the Item within 21 working days, but till date I have not received the Item. After 21 working days I called them, they didnt have proper answer and asked me to wait for 48 hours so that they can resolve the problem, but after 48 hours when I call them they again gave the same answer to wait for next 48 hours and since then after 48 hours they give the same 48 hours time. Also NOTE that they have never called me and inform me about any delay. When I ask to refund the money they say it will take 7-8 days to cancel my order which means after 7-8 days they will cancel and release my payment, which again will take 7-8 days to come to my account.
I request you kind self to ask them to compensate me for the delay made by them and if they are not able to deliver the product immediately then refund me the money immediately and pay compensation.
I hope my problem will be resolved as soon as possible and I get a proper compensation as a right of being a customer.
