I had purchased a flower bouquet and a pack of chocolate from the All India Florist - Send Flowers to India Florists India Floral Blooms Gifts Roses Blossoms Flower Gift Shop web site for the occasion of Rose Day, which was yesterday 7th Feb, 2012. Consignment number: CART29994014. The package was promised to be delivered on the same day latest by 7:30pm, but the package was not delivered at all.
And to add on to my plight they are not even responding to my calls.

Now even if they deliver it today or later my purpose is not solved. I request you to take it up with the Merchant to compensate me for the trouble and harassment at the earliest.
