I've ordered a Surround 5.1 Ch Home Theater through AVA merchandising on 09-July '10, at the time of placing the order their executive confirmed me the the delivery within 21 working days and I'm calling these people from 21th day of placing the order but they are making fool of me by saying taht you'll get the order within next week and now its more than 45 days but I didn't receive my placed Order, when i called them they told me that your products as been despetched through DTDC courier Vide Docet No. D03546780 dt.13.07.2010 to Mumbai insted of Ahmedabad when it will return at that time they will send me my prodcuts but i have cheked that they have received it back but still they have not send me my products.now when I receive my credit card statement they'cve already charged me of that product which is 2490/-. I spoke to so many executive in AVA customer care but everyone is giving a same kind of response even some time says that you can replace your order with some other product but your product is not in stock. I spoke to Mansi Madan, Minal, Arunkumar, etc... but no one is ready to solve my problem at last I'm sending you this mail if you can do anything for me.....Giving you the details of my order:

Dear Sir,
I have ordered for a GlucoMeter way back in May 2010 and the same was paid 100% advance through ICICI bank ,but now almost 3 months have passed none of the websites are working nor their toll Free Nos 1800-11-4344 or 1800-1800-300.
This seems to me a fraud Merchandiser and we need to expose this immediately so that other persons dones not get trapped like we have gone through.
I strongly ask the Consumer Forum to take this strongly and expose them in front of Public.

On 19/05/2010 – I place an order for a Swiss Military Lap top Bag (Item no i089) – and my Credit card was debited 2490 – and up to date (By Sep 19th it will be 4 months) not receive it so far. I keep calling them every week – and someone will come on line and take me for a ride. all they say is in 10 days you will get it – now for over 10 times they told me 10days -
They in fact two months back gave me a DTDC Courier Con no – when we track that it say no record.
Every time I call them nothing happens but my pressure goes up – looks like I have paid a price for my pressure to go up
We can understand delays – but what we cannot understand the attitude of the staff – they treat you as if we owe them

This Company is avoiding taking the court summons and we should all get together to file a FIR against this Company for cheating.
