In my ICICI Bank Credit Card statement received in June, I got promotional material of AVA Merchandizing. I placed an order vide reference no.441941 on 25th June but despite my repeated calls to AVA and ICICI Bank I have not received my order. As such i request all readers not pay attention to offers received from ICICI Bank and not place order with AVA.

Please let us know whether a company called AVA Merchandising company exists or its just a fraud company who has certain phone numbers.We got advertising leaflet from HSBC credit card having the promo offers from AVA Merchandising company.My spouse has ordered a Demote dinner set on June 18 ,2010 which they promised to delver in 21 working days and from next day onwards we have been calling both AVA and HSBC for non deliver of the product but in vain.Would like to lodge a complaint against HSBC as am absolutely note sure about the AVA ,as we just interacted through phone and not aware of the credibility of the company.Please advice.

We received a promotion material with my credit card statement of June, 10. This promotion material was from ICICI bank for AVA Merchandising.

Based on the trust we have on ICICI bank we placed an order for combo jewelery set (item code i114) on 2nd July 2010 with ref. no. 376988 but till date we haven't received the product even after several follow ups.

When we are asking the company to cancel this order, they are not ready to cancel the order and saying the the payment will be given back after 4 months. this is nothing but customer harassment both by ICICI and AVA.

So, please don't trust these banks and these online offers by banks.

this is ravi i received promotional leaflet in my icici bank creditcard bill and i placed order on 26th june product code i112 and order no 856326 paid from from icici bank credit card but till now iam not received my product and everytime when i call you will receive with in week or cancelation of order it will take 60days to refund money just they make false commitment,and just they are doing fraud for this thing even icici bank supporting and involving for sending these type of promotional leaflets never dont beleave in these type of promotional letters from icici bank and ava merchandisng.

I REQUEST THE PUBLIC NOT TO GO FOR ANY PROMOTIONAL CATALOUGE PURCHASES FROM ANY CREDIT CARD. I HAVE BEEN CHEATED BY HSBC BANK AND AVA MERCHANDISING TO THE TUNE OF Rs. 6,500 FOR TWO Nos OF DeMONTE DINNER SET. I AM KUMAR, FROM MYSORE.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL, THE BANKERS ARE ALSO BECOMMING CHEATERS BY JOINING HANDS WITH THESE FRAUD COMPANIES.
