Does it matter if the company is a really big company to file a consumer court case online against ?
I want to file online consumer court cases against eBay India & eZone ( Futurebazaar ) . Is there any hope to win over them ? 1) eBay India :- I have paid ( 17,798 + 24,810 + 23,199 ) = Total of 65,807 INR. I have E Mail proofs from eBay that i have paid for the sellers as you may know eBay sends E Mails to the buyers when they buy anything in eBay. But eBay is now saying they DID NOT receive my payments despite that i have sent them every proofs that i paid them using a Prepaid Debit card through Paisapay. 2) eZone/Futurebazaar ( Buy Mobile Phones, Digital Cameras, LCD TVs, Laptops, DVD Players, iPods & Air Conditioners at eZone ) :- Total loss INR 59,040. I have bought 3 items & received only 1. I) They charged me 11250/- for a Seagate External 1 TB Hard Disk which is avilable anywhere in the market for 7300 to 8500/- .So, they charged me more than 3950/- for a 8500/- worth of product.And to add to injury the product came DOA ( Dead on Arrival ) .i called & E Mailed them several times but they are not giving me my money back. II ) I bought a Dell Laptop worth 42,990 from eZone using a Prepaid card & they told me that they will be shipping me my Laptop soon but on the same day itself , i logged-in to my eZone account & found they cancelled my Laptop order.When i called , someone put me on hold for 30 minutes ( That's 30 Rupees STD charges ) & told me that my payment was not processed.so, they cancelled my order & told me that they will be refunding the money back to my card but as everyone knows that Prepaid Virtual Cards can not get refunds on them so i've lost all the money spend on the laptop.I ordered the Laptop after confirming with them that i can pay with Prepaid cards & they also told me that the Laptop is in stock. III ) I also bought 1 4GB Ipod Shuffle which is showing as shipped but i have not got that yet. I want my full money back through cheque or Demand Draft or Money Order from both eBay & Futurebazaar.Or if money back is not possible then i will want to receive the products which i have paid for with my hard-earned money.I run a small shop in my house ( Compu - World ) & these amounts i have paid were the orders for my customers.I have paid eBay & Futurebazaar with a Prepaid Virtual Card after confirming with them that buying is allowed with a Prepaid card.Now , if eBay & Futurebazaar don't provide me the products or give me my money back , that simple means i will have to pay the damages to my customers from my own pocket.And why should i do that ? I'm not that rich that i can bear a loss of nearly 1.25 Lakhs. I myself need money for my Transplant. Please suggest me what will be the exact procedures i should take to file an online court case against them.Any help will be highly appreciated.I know Admin won a consumer court case against whirlpool.So, i will be looking forward to what he suggests me to do in this. Thanks for reading. It will be helpful if i could register the complain online as i'm a kidney patient and my doctor has suggested me not to move out of my house for at least 2 months. That is very nice of you to really come here & trying to help me.Yes I have received My Replacement Hard Disk & also my I pod shuffle but i still have not received the refund for my Laptop.I have requested several times to your customer support persons to either give me the Laptop or Please kindly send me a Cheque DD/MO because I use my Entropay virtual Visa Cards for doing purchases on the Internet because just like everybody else I do not want to risk my real card information online & I have tried several times to make your customer support people understand that my Entropay Virtual Cards most of the times do NOT accept incoming transactions & 99% of all the Virtual Cards do not support any money refunded to them.These Virtual Cards are only suitable for one time usage & then they expire after a period of time.
Even in India most banks provide Virtual Credit Cards to their cardholders Like Axis Bank & HDFC Bank's Netsafe card.But I am sorry to say that your customer support persons have no idea about what a VIRTUAL CREDIT CARD is. I kept telling them that , i will not get my money back because the cards i use are only for a single time usage.After that they expire.But as your customer support persons had no idea about what a Virtual Credit Card is , they only had to tell me that they will refund to my card only. So, Please try to understand it , even if you have refunded the payment to my Virtual Card , it will NEVER come to me because that's what is the drawback of a Virtual Card.When they can protect your real card online , they do NOT support money back on them.I could not make your support persons understand this simple thing. So, i actually lost 42990/- unless EZone really tries to understand this & give me an alternate way of refund. Thank You. P.S.- I can show you a screenshot of my Entropay Visa Card which i Used for the transaction & this Virtual Visa Card has been generated from my Real Axis Bank Debit Card on Entropay.com site. Dear Sir/Madam ,
I am terribly frustrated with FutureBazaar service.From the last 2 weeks I am continuously making STD phone calls to your Customer Support about arranging a Pick-up for the broken item you sent me ( Order No. 5002277111 & Complain No. 406147 ) but no one here cares for a their customers in FutureBazaar. Everytime i made a phone call , i was put on hold for at least 20-30 minutes & was told that it will be done within 2 days , it will be done op that day etc but nothing happens.The last date i was given was 24th September when i was told that somebody from Aramex will do the pick-up within 24th Sept but nothing. Why do you people think we want to spend 100's of Rupees in STD phone calls just to get avoided ? And this is not the first time.I have bought 4 items from EZone & out of these 4 items 3 items were Dead ( like the Hard Disk & the iPod Shuffle 2 GB ) & the last item which was an Koryo Emergency Light which came broken to me.The reason is simple , Futurebazaar did not even care to mark the item as a GLASS product.So, Aramex handled it casually & it came broken. I bought the product on 4th September & got the product on 16th September.That's 12 days to ship a small item like that.NO COMPANY TAKES 12 DAYS TO SHIP IN INDIA. And after getting the product on 16th i found the Tube Lights are broken & not glowing up also.I instantly made a complain to you.Complain Number is - " 406147 " . From the 16th to now 29th , nobody in Futurebazaar care to send a Pick-up person to pick-up the dead & broken item.Also even if someone collects it from here , i will then have to wait another month so that i can get a replacement shipped back to me. So, that means i will get a defecting product almost everytime i buy from Futurebazaar & also i will have to wait 2 months to get a replacement. Please send your courier person to pick-up the dead/broken product from me & give me the Replacement As soon as possible.Last time when i shipped you back a dead Hard Drive , i did not hear from you after that.After shipping the Hard Disk back to you i had to call you even after 10 days just to know that you don't even know that i shipped you the product back.That's WORST service i must say. I am fed-up with you.I am thinking to go to the Consumer Court for this kind of pathetic service of Futurebazaar.Please arrange to pick-up the Dead & broken product ASAP & give me the damn replacement ASAP.Even if you think so but I can not pay thousans of rupees in making hundreds of STD calls to you just to get a product work. Enough said already..Please arrange to pick-up the Dead & broken product ASAP & give me the damn replacement ASAP. Thank You. |

My last problem has been resolved.As i could not edit my previous post , So, i'm mentioning it here that my problem related to the purchase of Koryo Emergency Light ( Order No. 5002277111 & Complain No. 406147 ) has been resolved.I will be getting the amount ( 150+500 ) back within 1 week.There is one very helpul & supportive person who assured me that.Thanks to him for the support.

I am a bit related to the topic, because I had very similar problem arose, but thank you for support, it helped me very quickly and very high quality ... and explain all questions about Prepaid debit card online
