i want to tell you that i have booked a order to bag ittoday of rs. 29999/(twenty nine thousand nine hundred ninety nine only) and amount paid online through bank of baroda atm card on 22/12/2011

bagittoday salesman mr. Rohit sharma commited me that you are lucky winner(10 winner) and you will get minimum 5 lacs rupees after purchasing our product panasonic viera lcd and some diamond. So i paid this amount online but when i telephonic talk with bag ittoday a person told me that there is no contest is running in bag ittoday i told him all matter then he said you can cancel this order and can receive your money rs.29999/ refund in 7-10 days

unfotunately bag ittoday despatch department despatch this product but when i told that i had cancelled my order company person said that you can return this product and we will refund your money after receiving this order

i again telephoned to bagittoday on 11/01/2012 company employee said that we have received this above product and we will refund your money 7-10 days and a request no.554376

i have not received my money till today. I have talked today 9:40 am but company employee said you will get your money in 7 days

i am also sending you some correspondence email details you to confirm ation and satisfaction
this is my humble request please help me for refund this amount(29999/)

I HAVE BOOKED A ORDER OF NATURAL DIAMOND WORTH RS.60000/ WITH FREE GIFT PANASONIC VIERA LCD TV 24" ( AS PER YOUR COMPANY SALESMAN MR.ROHIT SHARMA LANDLINE NO.+9112047917200 VERBLY STATEMENT) HE ALSO TOLD THAT YOU ARE SELECTED FOR 10 WINNER CONTEST LIST AND SAID YOU WILL GET MINIMUM RS.500000/ AGAINST THIS ORDER. WHEN I ASKED FOR WINNING LIST AND SEND MAIL IN WRITTEN HE WAS FAILED.ONLY TOLD ME VERBLY NOT WRITTEN.

I ORDERED AND PAID THIS AMOUNT BUT WHEN I CONFIRMED BY YOUR COMPANY I RECEIVED MESSAGE THAT THERE IS NO CONTEST AGAINST THIS OREDER OR ANY ORDER BY BAGITTODAY.

I THINK THAT IS WRONG COMMITMENT BY YOUR COMPANY'S SALESMAN DUE TO THIS REASON I HAVE CANCELLED MY ORDER(ORDER ID.1013479285 DTD-22/12/2011) AND ORDER CANCELLATION COMPLAINT NO.514593 DTD-23/12/2011

THIS IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST THAT PLEASE DEPOSITED MY AMOUNT RS.29999/ IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT ANY DELAY.

I also had a similar experience.
After chasing everyday for more than 3 months on telephone and emails, I finally got my money back.
I have stopped purchasing anything from crooks like Bag it today.

i want to tell you that i have already complaint you about my refund money rs.29999/ from bag ittoday. But i want to tell you that till today i did not get my money back, i have also remind to bag ittoday
many times but there is no positive reply always told to me that payment will be deposited within 7-10 days.

I want to tell you i tired in this matter and i am preparing to lodge a case file agaist bag ittoday in court
i have sufficient legal paper to file a case agaist bag ittoday

i also demand for refund with 24% interest from 22/12/2011
