I booked a product in BAG IT TODAY before two months ( Jun 25th ) by Cash on delivery process. I used Rs.250 credits ( from that site ) while booking this product. Now i did not receive my product and there is no proper reply from them.

i have given an order to Bag It today wide order no: 110082326. The order was cancelled by them and refund process was started. But money was not refunded till now even after approximately 40 days.
Whenver i call the customer care of bag it today, they tell that money will be refunded in 10 days. I got the same reply for 4 times. I dont know why they are not expediting the refund process.

Please look into the matter and do the needful;.
