Reason for cancellation: Misinformation and misrepresentation was used to sell the product. At the time of sale, I was promised free gifts and splitting of holiday package. This was denied during confirmation call.

The order was processed despite clear instructions to cancel the order. When I parcel arrived I was asked to return unopened parcel. I returned the parcel but I have still not received the refund.

Even after 3 months of protracted email exchanges and repeated assurances, I haven't received my refund.
