I had purchased 2 7N/8D holiday packages, one with order id TRNPL/DLI/2011-12/328256 and TRNPL/DLI/2011-12/347020. The second order id TRNPL/DLI/2011-12/347020 was processed even when I had not confirmed the order and had made a specific request for cancellation and refund.
I spoke to customer centre and returned the unopened holiday package back to you.

Please refund Rs 7000/- for order TRNPL/DLI/2011-12/347020 immediately.
