It regarding my Order no OGA100010984 on 4 April 2010 was made after received a call from the IndiaToday group saying that t have won 4.75 Lac + 1 HP Laptop , for this i have to do a transaction of 25K + .. i made the transaction though credit card but by EOD day i has not received any call or email fro them as said by them so immediately i send a request for cancellation of all the orders as in the mean time i enquired that the call was fake and there were two teams in Today group.., as it all well planned game, one group is calling customer and exlaing the false winning contest asking to do a transaction and if customer revert back the other group will say apologies and we will take action and the query will resolved in XX days...

I have chain of mails from April to till now for refund but the refund has not been arranged...i want to know how i can file a case in comsumer court
