This problem started in july when i booked my first package on 23/07/11
of Rs.7000 with Mr. Vijay.

I was promised a ucb bag tht time but i hav not received tht yet.
I called Mr. Vijay many times for that but every time he just promised but the delivery was not made. Once i got a call from him in month of November that they are very sorry for the trouble cause to me due to unfulfilled commitment of bagittoday. So he offered me another offer to compensate for that. He asked me to refer a friend for a holiday package of 7000 and 3000 so that i wil get an dell laptop i3 processor and my friend will get a UCB trolley bag and a Clavin Klein watch.So i booked that order in name of Dr. Santosh Patankar. Then i was told if i book another package of 7000 I will get i5 processor dell laptop. Next day i got another call from Mr. Aryan Dixit that if i book two 2999 packages i wil get a blackberry bold cell phone also along with previous commitments and a celvein kelin watch and a ucb trolley bag for the person who book the 7000 and 2999 2 packages . So i have booked them in my name only as Mr. Mittal.

I have received all the holiday packages including the present one but none of the free gifts. Even my friend dint get the free gifts promised to him(a watch and ucb bag). One order of Rs.2999 could not be processed by them, so it was cancelled and the money safely refunded to me. Order no of cancelled order is 1012564732.
I have called almost 100 times on their sales team no.01206722120 given to me by Mr. Dixit. Had talk with him many times and he use to tell me that my free gifts as promised by him will be dispatch soon. But there is no delivery of the same till date. I had told this entire matter to Mr. Mahesh, senior supervisor there. He told me that this is not possible to give all this free gifts and he will look into the matter and call me by monday 23/01/12. but still i haven't received any call from him.
I had send plenty of mails to cantact@bagittoday also regarding this but there is no definite reply from them also.
I have send mail on other ids also like bmh@1touchsolutions.com,response@bag...@intoday.c om but no reply from them also.
