Dear Sir,
I received a call from sales exectutive of Bagittoday informing about a holiday voucher.
I liked the offer and decided to book one, so he organised an IVR booking for me.
I made a booking on 13th Jan 2012 for a holiday voucher, unique code was : 900556858.
At the completion of this booking, the executive mentioned that the system has chosen me for a special offer and would get a Dell Inspiron 15R laptop deliver to my place in 15 working day IF I make one more booking for the same holiday offer.I decided to go ahead and booked another voucher, unique code was : 900556860.
On 13th Jan I received a confirmation mail which mentioned about the holiday vouchers but did not mention anything about the assured Gift plus there were other discrepancies in the offering compared to what was promised by executive over the phone.
The confirmation mail also mentioned that I can cancel the voucher within 7 days by writing an email to them. So I sent my cancellation mail within the timeframe.
After repeated follow ups, I now get mails saying that voucher cannot be cancelled.
Please look into this matter. I have all the email communications, which show there is discrepancy in commitment and offer and also that the offer is cancellable.
