This is praveen kumar from hyderabad. i placed order for shoes on bata.in. order completed successfully and amount deducted from my account on 11-01-2011. i did not get the product till now. after 10 days of placing my order they told me that we took a complaint about this it will be resolved within 24 to 48 hrs, but 6 days over..... still they are saying that your complaint under process.. 18 days already completed. what is the solution for this
