This reply put me in understanding that the person who replied this
mail does'nt have any idea about the issue and want to know the
history.if you want to know about the issue i request you to please go
through the mail one by one and i think you will understand the issue.
still if it is hard to understand please contact me through the mobile

to update you about the recent happnings here i am with that
after telephonic conversation with Mr.Tarun and advised by him i am
prepared to send the product back to Gizmo E Bazaar Pvt Ltd.it took
one working day for me to find out Bluedart courier near to my
residence in hyderabad.
i reached Bluedart courier service on 30.01.2012 to return the product
Blackberry strom mobile phone to Gizmo E Bazaar Pvt Ltd and came to
know from them that Bluedart is not going to ship this consinment back
to you with out any pay.
when i reached Bluedart courier service on 01.02.2012 , then again i
came to know that it will be costing me more than 3000/- rupees to
ship this consinment back to Gizmo E Bazaar Pvt Ltd.up on conversaton
with Bluedart courrior service, i got advised to get the DEALSANDYOU
courier account number so that, i dont need to pay any rupee to
Bluedart courrior service.
when i contacted dealsandyou for the courier account number,the
service executive took all the information and confirmed twice about
the issue and after nearly 35 minutes talk concluded that my complaint
was registered and will take 2 working days to resolve the issue.
Now this is the delay / and actual reason to hold the product with out shipping.
i want to know HOW,WHO,WHEN,they are going to help me out in getting
my orderback.
Even i try to contact the number provided by the Gizmo E Bazaar Pvt
Ltd but i didnt suceed in getting connected to this contact, out of my
30 to 40 efforts i succeded only once and reply was not satisfactory.
i try contacting this number even at 10:12 am today but it says switched off.
this history if for all the members who needs information about the issue.
can any one responsibile person from (Gizmo E Bazaar Pvt Ltd/
DEALSANDYOU )contact me and update me the status with out taking
accountability of working hours.

now i have hesitation to send you the mobile back as i am unable top

I am totally unhappy about the product,
i tryed all possibilities to accept this phone, and i have series of
disappointments on this blackberry strom 9530 mobile phone.
i tryed checking the phone with my friends battery and found
blackberry services are not activated on my phone.
when contacted with Mr.Tarun for phone setting assistance , he
informed to return the blackberry strom 9530 mobile phone back to you.
so i am sending you the package back and need to get another phone in
time as replacement for me.
i will courrier the package on monday and provide the AWB details as
soon as i book it

as soon as i received my pack and started opening the pack, i noticed that

and to my worst fear it not working, no power on happening and no charging,
