    I ordered a product from Brandmile.com . It was damaged. After email exchanges, I returned the product. I haven't received a replacement. I was told if replacement is not arranged, I would be given store credits. I haven't sent around 5 emails for an update on this, I haven't received any response. No tentative date, nothing, no response.
