    Default Buytheprice.com Product not yet received & not responding to emails.

    I XEC ABAS, had ordered an Apple iphone 4s Form buytheprice.com. they had sent it through First-flight couriers about a week ago & i was told that i would receive it in 2-3 days.but i have still not received.i have sent many emails regarding this issue to buytheprice.com, but the aren't responding fast to the same. it was about to come from Hyderabad to Goa. After alot of investigation & several calls, first-flight people say that your courier is still in Hyderabad. i still don't understand what is it doing in Hyderabad from a week.it is supposed to me reached at my place by now. Pathetic service !!
    i request them to either send my product to me or refund my money.

    I also request the consumer court to take some serious action to my Complaint & please update me on the email address given below.

    Hi Xec Abas,

    Happy New Year! We apologize for the delay in responding to your emails as we were closed for the holiday weekend of New Year's Eve. We have already dispatched your phone on the 21st of Decemeber with Firstflight. You might have received an email with all the tracking information. However, our logistics partner has messed this up and has not yet shipped it to you apparently because of the "holiday season" and they being closed. We have been trying to get a clear response from them. We apologize on their behalf. We will make sure we follow up with Firstflight and get back to you in couple of hours. If we do not get a clear response from them, we will ship out another product immediately with a more reliable courier servicing your area and cancel the earlier shipment.
