    my order id is 5040340000
    mitashi lcd T.v with and a dvd player
    THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY FUTURE BAZAAR TO ME IS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS
    FIRSTLY AGENT KEPT ME ON HOLD FOR APPRX. 30 MIN AND COULDN'T TRANSFER MY CALL TO IVR MACHINE FOR TRANSACTION
    ((The IVR MACHINE PATHETIC))
    LATER MY ORDER DID NOT GET INTO PROCESS EVEN AFTER 7 DAYS OF BOOKING{I AM SAYING INTO PROCESS NOT ABOUT DELIVERY} SUPERVISOR MR MOHD. ILIAS VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY AND RUDELY SAID THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE SYSTEM AND HE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ALSO I PLEADED SO MANY TIMES TO PLEASE TRANSFER MY CALL TO A TEAM LEADER OR SOME OTHER SUPERVISOR BUT THEY SAID THAT MR VINOD PANDEY IS BUSY. FEW AGENTS EVEN ASKED THAT HE WILL CALL YOU BUT NO ONE DID TILL DAY((THE SOFTWARE AND AGENTS ARE PATHETIC)). SO BECAUSE OF THIS MY ORDER GOT LATE BY 7 DAYS AND DUE TO WHICH I LOST MONEY. ALSO I WAS TOLD THAT I'LL BE GIVEN A VOUCHER BUT NO ONE CLARIFIED WHAT ACTUALLY IT IS MOREOVER WHO THE HELL WILL PURCHASE AFTER SUCH A SERVICE FROM future bazaar .
    AFTER MY ORDER REACHED I ASKED FOR THE INSTALLATION AND THEN THE AGENT POONAM SAID THAT IT WILL B DONE IN NEXT 24-48WORKING HOURS BUT NO ONE REACHED TILL DATE.
    I AGAIN CALLED FOR ASSISTANCE BUT WHAT I GOT IS TRANSFER FROM THIS DEPARTMENT TO THAT DEPARTMENT DUE TO WHICH I LOST MONEY BECAUSE OF THE PHONE BILL.
    at that time i was busy but now
    i shall take all necessary steps to resolve this matter even if it is required to reach the doors of consumer court{DID I FORGET TO MENTION THAT THE PRODUCT SHOWN AT THE WEBSITE IS DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE WHICH I GOT AND ALSO LACKED ANY AUTHENTICITY SEAL ON THE WARRANTY CARD ALSO THE MANUAL IS PHOTO COPIED AND NOT THE ORIGINAL ONE}}
    i was harassed by future group mentally and financially.
    i dont need any of their coupon.
    resolve this case in a week else i will b left with no option other than the court.

    Further to our discussion, let me confirm that the payment for a phone order is taken via Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. However regret to mention that in rare cases there may be a delay in connecting your call to the IVR system as happened in your case. Please accept our humble apology for the same.

    As per our discussion, I also understand your concern regarding the warranty card. Let me confirm that the products are shipped along with an invoice which will serve the purpose of a physically stamped warranty card and the warranty is considered from the date of invoice. I hence would request you to preserve the invoice received along with the product for the warranty purpose.

    Let me assure you that our commitment towards customer service is absolute however I can understand that the recent experience you had is really unfortunate but I urge you to show confidence in our competency again, with the assurance that such inconvenience will not be repeated in future.

    Mr. aditya, i appreciate your call. But rather than to show the ways to go to the court, you should have shown me the ways to resolve the case on our phone call.
    i urge to resolve not only the warranty prob. but also the otherssssss as well
