Hi,

I am cheated by this website.I'd booked my ticket for IPL semi final 2 and then it has been shifted from bangalore to Mumbai.They sent a mail that i will getting this refund in 10 to 15 days but still they have not refunded my amount.I tried calling them also thrown so many mail but still no reply from there side.They are caring to pick call from consumers .no reply for mails.They don't have office in also(assuming after they 've not put there office address in there website.Can some1 suggest me where i can file a case against them and how to file it.
