i have purchased motorola fire xt for rs 10,573 on 16 december 2011 and since then i havenot recieved it every time they come up with same thing that i will be deliver in 2 working days and then afterword s they dont deliver it i have spend more than 100 rs in making call to timtara and calling and calling everyday makes me feel like mental haressment which is making my health ill and when i say to cancel my order they say we cant cancel u can mail to customerfirst@timtara.com , after mailing they dont reply and dont cancel my order i am stuck in between, i want my money back with proper compensation as they have wasted a lot of my time, kindly please help me in refunding all money back to me as soon as possible i would be very thankful to you, thanking you

Bro, even i faced same kind of problem. Move your complaint legally. I will suggest you to loginto Akosha.com, they will take up the matter with Timtara. By doing that i got my product.
