I had purchased CHINA SAMSUNG I900 OMNIA, SUPERB CAMERA (JUST LAUNCH) item no. 120485432116 from ebay on Oct. 28, 2009 I had made payment Rs. 4598/- for this item via Paisapay (PaisaPay ID 25467871 ) . On Nov. 4 ,2009 ebay informed me that Seller gazetsworld has shipped item via speed post Airway bill no.: EW269270325IN . I received this item on 13th Nov. But on opening parcel i found that item is not same as described and also faulty so i applied for refund on 16 Nov. But when seller contact me and he requested me that if i cancelled my refund request then he will replaced my moile set . So i send back the mobile via regd post on 19th nov. 2009 . & seller informed me that he get mobile & shipped me new mobile on 10th dec. . But after that seller didnot responded my emails so I file claim for refund in ebay my claim no. Is - Claim # 1707776. (KMM16041002I15977L0KM) they ask me proof of payment & I given the proof of payment & other evidence req. By them after they give notice to seller & seller responded notice & sent me email that they are sending mobile sent with following detail Courier :Speedpost
Date :2nd Feb 10 Consigment No :EW407036725IN & I recieved the parcel from seller on 6 Feb but Iam sorry to say that when I open this parcel it contains a piece of stone not mobile . The parcel is so well packed that it looks like that it contain mobile but iam very surprised when i open this parcel ( photo are attached with this email ) I didnot expect this type of things when i shopping from EBAY I have purchased 12-13 items from Ebay and the experience was very good but this cheating with me of Rs. 4500/-. I think Ebay didnot apperciate this type of things . So plz take action against seller and refund my payment.
