I am Bhumika Chindarkar using Just Dial services since last three years.
First two years were okay but this years service is pathetic and disgusting and when i mail them for my problems or service there is no response. I have sent three mails since 9th july but of no use. They dont reply to any of mails nor do they call back.
When they wanted business they called everyday but now when I need them to resolve my problem and give proper service nothing happens. I also requested them that if they cant give me services then cancel the contract and refund my money but they said we dont refund money. Im tired and sick of this nonsence
Please guide me what i should do to solve this problem

yes i have been renewing my contract with u yes i want to cancel bcoz of personal reasons and also bcoz this time the service is not good also u dont reply to my mails i had spoken to Ms Gita on 25th Aug and i had told her that Im stopping my work So what do i do with your credit note She had agreed and understood my problem and had told me that she is ready to give me refund and ask marketing dept to call me and start refund process But again after that no response i have sent many mails after that but of no result Miss Shruti singh who took the contract from me doesnt even have courtesy to call me though i have problem its as if she is non existent
Then u brag of good service What kind of service is this? I fail to understand
