Hi,
I have made my cinima ticket booking through online(bookmyshow.com).
Due to some unknown problem the movie was not shown on the theater.
I spoke to the cinima thearter office people, they have told that they will refund my ticket money to my account back.I ask them to send me the same information through email and got confirmation for the same.after that i have mail them several times, only once i got reply from them saying that they will do it in a week of time...but almost two months over still i'm not yet recived any money from them.
could you please help me to proceed with consumer court?
Do i need to spend any money for this.
what is the procedure to register the complaint?
Please help me.
