I have ordered a gift (football) from India Plaza site almost 15 days back.
The order needs to be delievered in Pune on 27th of july only. It is not yet delievered.

I tried to call the customer support many a times but no response. I have also raised a complain query on the site regarding this issue but again no response.

Kindly take necessary action against that site and help me in getting my gift delievered.
