On the dated 25/01/2012 I purchases 1 maxima Steel Watch but almost 14 days passed away but product is not delivered.Whenever I am calling to the given customer care number which is mantion on his website they are transfered the line to 1 department to another department OR hold our phone for 15 to 20 mnts thereafter they are no Responding.Please look in to this matter & replied.

Let me confirm that due to an overwhelming response for the ordered product the stock of the same has been exhausted. I have tried to arrange the additional unit of the ordered product from our vendors which caused the delay.

As per your communication I understand that you do not wait for the product to be arranged and want the amount to be refunded. I have have gone ahead and refunded the amount charged to you for the order. Please be assured that the refund amount will reflect in your forthcoming bank statement.
