i had ordered for Reebok classic watch as still showing on their site ie bagittoday, but they sent reebok watch (black dial big one). when i asked for refund or exchange, they agreed to exchange. but were not ready to reimburse courier charge. when i asked for reimbursement, they denied the exchange. it is clear cut cheating. they say colour may be different as stated in terms and condition but here the model itself is different. why these people are left unpunished to fool consumer and make money by any means? they must be fined and stopper from doing business. they are cheaters and liars. I request all not to buy any product from INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB or their site.
