Hi,
I bought a Blackberry 9900 through Indiaplaza vide Order No. I 08011200190 on 8th Jan 2012 which was delivered on 10th Jan.
When I opened the package, there were following problems :
1. There is no invoice. The accompanying invoice was for somebody else in Kolkata for a LG phone !
2. There is no stamped warranty.
3. The screen of the phone is already scratched.
4. There is no 8GB micro SD card which ships with the phone.
5. The battery is old and used as it does not last even 1 full day even with low usage.
This is an old and used device that has already been opened and then sent to me.
I raised a ticket no. CNT No. 1001120159 on the website on 10th Jan itself.
On 13th Jan, I get a response from Malathi that my request has been forwarded to the ‘concerned’ department and I will get a response in the next 3 working days !
In these 3 days, I have spoken with Praveen, Salim and Sharad who told me that the ‘concerned’ department is resolving the issue and the issue will be resolved by 18th Jan.
As of today, 19th Jan, this ticket is still open and there is no update or response whatsoever from Indiaplaza despite repeated follow-ups. It is really sad and frustrating to experience such pathetic customer service from Indiaplaza. Repeated followups do not elicit any meaningful response...they just keep dragging their feet. I wonder how they are still in business with such a state of affairs !
Can somebody at Indiaplaza help resolve this issue ? I would like to be sent a replacement new device with all the accompanying accessories that come in the box with it at the earliest or have my money refunded.
