    Default complaint against letsbuy.com

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    As there is no outcome of telephonic followup with Lets buy since a week i am here submitting my compliant in written.
    My lets buy order number is LSB-763535. made on 2 january 2012.
    It is a Beetel MF631 Data Card.

    This is Completely paid order via my sbi online banking Rupee 1850. The delivery time of the data card is 4-7 days.still after 15 days they have not dispatched my data card. The Response of the customer care is not satisfactory and they keep saying the complaint is in process. .Also,while calling them i have wasted my Rs. 50 on mobile yet they seem to be very reluctant.I Feel cheated and fraud made to me. Kindly Help me my name is Vivek shankar and my number is 09628597698

    I have a talk with the customer
    care regarding my beetel data
    card MF-631 yesterday.They were saying
    that MF-631 is out of stock and
    they offered to ship Beetel
    MF190 Data Card -black instead
    which is of Rs. 1800. so i would
    like to say that i have no
    problem and kindly urgently
    send me the data card Beetel
    MF190 Data Card and also kindly
    refund my Rs. 50 to my sbi
    account !

    Listen you people i have already
    changed my order from beetel
    MF-631 to beetel MF-190,but
    even then you reluctant people
    are neither dispatching my order
    nor refunding Rs. 50.its my last
    and final request,either dispatch
    my order today itself or refund
    my Rs. 1850.if you cant do either
    of these,then i will sue lets
    buy.com.i have saved mails in my
    inbox of every interaction with
    lets buy.com.I have been
    mentally harassed by you. Vivek
