I had purchased a set of "Fresh Box" through internet Vide invoice No.1410 for an amount of Rs.1040/- (Rupees one thousand forty only) from T.V. Products India Pvt. Ltd, 30/36, Blue Chip Ind., Estate No.5, Sativali Road, Vasai Road(East), Thane-401208, Ph.No.9619877642.

The V.P.P. arrived on 26th of May'2010.

However, after making full payment at the post office, when I opened the VPP, I found only old books enclosed in place of "Fresh Box".

Thereafter I immediately called the concerned company and registered a complaint with regard to the matter.

However, till date nothing has been done about my grievance.

In this regard I request you kindly to take necessary steps to bring justice and to prevent such type of cheating on innocent, trusting citizens
