    Default Complaint on INDIAPLAZA.COM-order no : IN2312111082

    I placed an order for camera with Indiaplaza on 23/12/2011. Order No:IN2312111082 ,Product : Canaon Digital Camera.So for(01/11/2012), I have not received the camera.

    I have been calling Indiaplaza customer care daily and following for the delivery of my order.Already 20 days got over and I have spent around Rs.200 for calling INDIAPLAZA customer care.So for no one is able to tell me when I will get the camera.

    Also,I was following with First Flightcourier people vigorously by visting 3 of their branches personally and also by raising complaint with First flight Customer care for Consignment no : F36492550.After following up for more than 10 days,First flight person Mr.Franklin has confirmed that they have lost the parcel.But INDIAPLAZA has not taken action yet and also not willing to reship the product.

    Necessary action has to be taken on INDIA PLAZA and FIrstFLight couriers as they are playing with common people money and time.

    Hi Team Indiaplaza,

    Still you have not made the shipment.I have placed the order on 23/12/2011 and it is nearly a month.Can you expedite your work please.Status in your website still says Ready to Ship.Rs.200 gift certificate is not worth my time and the experience you give to us.
