Dear Sir,

I have placed order worth Rs.807 with Times shopping and i used a gift voucher of rs.800 and the rest of the amount was to be paid by Net Banking.
But as soon as i used the gift viucher if showed some technical error.

when I tried to re-use the gift voucher it told that the voucher was already used. I lodger the complaing to the same and they told me that they will give me a new gift voucher that I can use. But till date after so many mails and so many calls still my issue is not resolved.

I dont get any response for my mail, if I send 5 mails I get one response saying "we are investigating your issue" and when ever i call their customer care, they ask me to wait for 24-48 hours. And this is the second month and still my complaint is unresolved!

None of the people in the customer care department is concerned to solve the issue. Please treat my complaint and I need new gift voucher worth Rs.800 as soon as possible.
