I have a very very bad experience with Indiaplaza. I ordered a philips vaccume cleaner, On the indiaplaza sight showing the status ready to ship, after few days when I called they said it is not in stock, it may take few more days to get it available, like this 15 days passed then on my request they cancelled the order and siad I will get refund in a week. Again after few days I called they said that refund process is not intiated yet and they will initiate it. Then agin it will take a week to get refund. This way almost a month is paased after the order is cancelled but still I did not get the refund. We can not trace the refund properly.

My advice to all is that do not by anything from Indiaplaza, otherwise you will suffer the way I am.
