On suggestion of a friend, I bought rayban sunglasses from this website. I waited for the product for a long time, but I didn't get it. I was told by the website that because it has happened by their mistake, the'll send the sunglasses and refund my money also.
They didn't deliver my product and in return they credited 1500Rs. to my sosasta account. Which meant I had to buy something from their site, because I have made a mistake to order a product from this website.
The customer care representatives said-you can buy something else now and this is the only way you can utilise the money you have paid.
I request consumer cout forum to do something against websites doing such things, otherwise this can become their trick to trap customers. Just show customers an attractive deal, when they have paid, keep the money and request them to order something else even if the site hasn't anything good to offer.
