Hi Team,

This is regarding the voucher which I purchased from "DEALS AND YOU" on 31st December 2011, as per which One deal was free on other.
Prior purchasing this deal, I called Deals and you Customer Care, wherein they informed me that , whole deal will be free.

However, when I called "Purvika Hair Express Merchant", they said that only service fee was waived however, I am liable for the whole payment.
I called Chitransh who is in the Finance Department with Deals and You and told me to make the complete payment.

When I have that proof in which, complete story is written, then how come I am liable for this payment.
Although instead of Rs.2400, I paid Rs.3000 and as per Purvika Hair Expree, I am supposed to pay Rs. 1800 more.
