I had ordered a f 2005g radium watch on dated 25 december 2011 by order no 100249660 and was given to be delivered in 21 working days.on online with deals and you.after repeated calls to their customer care i have been getting a same reply shall be getting the revert abount the product ordered within 48 hours.
On 27 jan 2012 i had spoken to one of their team leader in customer care and was given a complain nos 25043 and was told by him that in 48 hours i would be getting to know the refund status . On the same day 27,1,2012 i had mailed to your company also.till today no refund status has been given by the company after so many calls and emails sent to them,. The only answer i have got is in 48 hours i would be getting the revert.today again i spoke to their other team leader by name rushi gaigde and again was given the same reply 48 hours the refund amount is rs 2379.00. Its a complete case od fraud. Pls help
