To whomsoever this may concern,
This is regarding order id # 276552, I have bought this product on 10/27/11 at 1:41 PM from www.dealsandyou.com
But I have not received the product as per the 21-day shipping policy.
So I have registered a complaint with the DnY customer care service at the end of 21 working days for which I received a response on 12th December that in 7-10 working days i will receive my product.
On calling the customer care service inquiring about the shipping details or tracking status of my order, they are NOT giving me any details.
I FEEL CHEATED by the way they reply to my problems.
They just give false hopes.
I thought INDIA as a nation was going forward with e-commerce.
But now I know how companies like these still use loopholes in the system for their own benefit.
I dont know when i will receive my product.

the whole site is a fraud, this is a request to everyone not to buy anything from the site.
because all the replies you will get is - OUR CONCERNED DEPARTMENT WILL GET BACK TO YOU.
there is no department or anything. they dont even know who the vendor for the product is, nor does it know if there is any stock. FRAUD HAI FRAUD.
strongly condemn its existance.
