I booked whirlpool microvave from HOME-SHOP18 on 16th may, i paid 4200 cash before delivery on 19th may. they said that my will be delivered within 10-12 working days from date of payment. i called them several time but giving me exceuses saying I will get the product in next 2-3 days today is 18 working day still i didnt got my product. I fed up calling HOME-SHOP 18.
Wanted to file case against HOME-SHOP 18, so please do the needful.

One of our customers Mr. Pavan Ransubhe has raised a concern regarding delivery of his order for Whirlpool 20 Ltr Mech Grill Microwave with Reebok Watch & Starter Kit .

He had ordered for a Microwave set with a commitment of delivery in 10 -15 working days. However, he had to follow up with HomeShop18 and Whirlpool for delivery of the order and the same got delivered on 12 th June, 2010 .
