Dear Sir / Madam,

It has been a very long time talking to HomeShop18 for refund of my money back against the product returned back to HomeShop18. When I checked the status of my payment at HomeShop18 on 24th August, I have been informed that my refund cheque has been processed on 23rd August and is being despatched. But when I have checked the same today i.e. on 27th August the same is still lying with them and they have not despatched the same. They are delaying my payment cheque unnecessarily.

Kindly let me know when I would be receiving my payment cheque.

One of our customers Ms Mamta has raised a concern regarding non receipt of refund cheque for Fujezone Dual SIM Full Touch Screen Mobile Phone on her blog posted on 27 th August 2010.

Please note refund cheque of the order value has been shipped through Bluedart courier vide airwaybill number 12934303384 on 26 th August 2010 .

We spoke to her and she has confirmed receipt of cheque on 27 th August 2010.

This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
