Hi,

i had placed an order for a cake yestreday to be delievred to be delivered to my friend from the same-day-delivery option of the site at 1 pm on 25th August 2010.
The site did not specify a time for delivery and it is 22 hours since then but the cake has still not been delivered.
The only number listed on the website is not getting responded. Repeated written mails have also been unanswered and the site's "track your order" option is also routing the user back to the main website, even after repeated attempts.

Such websites should be banned or atleast a warning label should be there on google for such unprofessional, stupid, unresponsive websites. I urge other members to never use this site for any of their purchases.

I have written a mail to them for my money back but i am yet to get an apology for the callous attitude.
