I did not get the Tata photon plus device since almost 1 month. It's almost a month and I am really frustrated with the kind of the response I am getting!!! I am not getting proper response to the call I am making daily to the Tata customer care.
I had purchased Tata phton plus internet device on 1st january 2012 with following details:
Date of Registration : SUN Jan 01 14:01:22 2012

*Father's/Mother's Name :* Anjanappa H
*Application Form Number :* ET00412198
*Handset Model :* HSIA
*Tariff Plan :* HSIA
*Handset Model :* Photon+ 5 Hours.
*Purchase Mode :* Outright
*Amount :* 1200
*Transaction Id Number :* MICI2664889218
And yet did not recieve the device
I have lodged a complaint thro' customer care with reference number 293750385 and no actions taken yet. Every time I am getting the response that the issue will be resolved within 2 days but nothing happened.
I am really unhappy with their service.
Atleast it would be good if they could revert back the money that I have paid for the device if not able to give proper resolution.
