    Default Disappointed with Naaptol..

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I would like to inform you that I placed the order of Car Stereo with FM, MP3, USB, SD Card Support + Speakers + Tweeters + 4GB Branded Pen Drive + Stylish Watch on 20/1/2012 and received the same via Aramex Hyd ,AWB No :4201546845 on 24/1/2012.
    Order No : 3274512.
    I received the product in damaged condition and the packing of the same was so horrible.I took it to my nearby Car Interior shops and asked whether they can manage to fit it by any means.They said it is defective as well as not compatible to your Wagon R.
    I was so excited when I was awaiting for the product and the moment I saw the poor quality packing and opened it ,I was really pissed off as the screws and broken plastic pieces fell down from the box , speakers too in a damaged condition .I was about to make it as a surprise gift for my parents Wedding Anniversary and the plan was totally shattered ..I have no other option of returning the product in same condition in which I received and obtaining the refund.

    It was totally a disappointing and dis-satisfactory experience with Naaptol as I ended up in rushing for a better gift for their Wedding Anniversary.

    Kindly provide me with the address to which I should return the product and likewise I have made the payment through Credit Card , so provide the refund accordingly.

    Default Response order no 3213439

    Dear Sir,

    I have placed 1 order in Naptol and order number is 3213439, I have ordered Blackberry tour 9650 with 3 G. at time of delivery I did not recieved any invoice and warretny card inside the box. I have informed the customer care for the same on same day and they have commited me that I will recieve both the things on mail in next 48 working hour on mail and hard copy at my mailing address in seven working days. I have done the complaint on 13 of Jan 2012. But did not recieved any proper response. After that I called them again on 20th of Jan for the same issues and no one is ready to listen. I tried your customer care number 3 times and all the execuitve disconnect the line when they have no proper answer of my question. I am very much fadeup with this and now I have decided to filed the same in consumer forum and I have informed the same to your executive as well. request you to please provide the mailing address so that we can send the notice to you as no one in your customer care is ready to provide the address.

    As mentioned by you I have patiently waited to get my complaint resolved.I have registered a complaint on 25/1/2012 complaint no : 2337586 and as of now I have not got any proper solution for it.Nobody even bothered to communicate me.I need the refund immediately for the crap and defective product you have delivered.

    We would request you visit your nearest Blue Dart office and send the whole product to the below mentioned address:

    JS associates,

    Subhash Nagar,
    Mulund Link Road.
    Nahur West,
    Mumbai- 400 078.
    Land mark Behind Designo Furniture Showroom.

    Also, provide the centralized A/c # 113260. Mode: DP to the logistics. You will not have to pay any courier charges for the same. and if asked for the value of the order at the counter, kindly mention a value below Rs 1000 (as the order is defective does not hold any commercial value).

    Request you to duly pack the product in the same original box that you had received along with the accessories at the time of delivery.

    Also, ensure proper packing of the product is done, any defect during transit Naaptol will not be held responsible.

    On the back cover of packing request you to add your name and complete address, along with Naaptol order no [3274512] and your mobile/ landline no for easy identification and further processing.

    Please put the copy of invoice received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the reason for Refund.

    Please help us with the AWB [Air Way Bill] after sending the product.

    It would take 2-3 days for the product to reach us, & we would initiate the refund and the same would be couriered to you within 21 working days.

    Request your patience in the interim.

    Sir,

    Thank you for the response and I will courier the product immediately in the same packing condition in which I received, with an additional outer packing cover. Kindly do the needful for the refund.I guess I will not have such bitter experience in my future shopping with naaptol...

    As replied by you in the previous thread I have sent back the defective and damaged product in the same packing condition in which I received it.Kindly follow up the same and process the refund as soon as possible.Provide me the e-mail address to which I should send the scanned copy of the Airway bill.

    Sir,

    I have sent back the defective and damaged product as requested by you on 8/2/2012 and through the Bluedart tracking I found that the same was delivered to you on 9/2/2012.Am very much disappointed as I have not received any acknowledgement or response from Naaptol for my previous mail as well as for the thread.Kindly let me know when I will be receiving the refund.

    I received a message from Naaptol to my mobile on 15/2/2012 stating that, your cheque for refund has been sent .As of now I have not received the cheque, and it has been 5 days that I received the message.I need Naaptol to follow up and provide me the refund soon.
