This is w.r.t. Order 1115282 for Beauty’s Love Babydoll and Thong that I placed on Nov. 26th however never received it. On Dec. 20th I called to enquire about two orders I didn’t receive (Order nos. 1114602 and 1115282). I was advised a call back for these with complain nos. 1000116 and 1000122.

I did receive a call back and I was advised that 1114602 is not available from the supplier and hence the money for the same will be refunded. I received an email thereafter w.r.t. the refund and my credit card also shows a corresponding refund. PFA is a jpg of the same.

Now w.r.t. 1115282 I was told the same will be shipped but I never received / heard from FnY about the same. I called last week and spoke to 2 people on your helpline, Rohan Victor and Nitin Sharma. While Rohan Victor was extremely uncooperative, rude and told me that the same cannot be shipped due to unavailability. He also told me that the amount for the same has been refunded. I tried to explain it to him that I would not argue if I knew what was happening with the order and that the money hasn’t been refunded. At last I had to ask for the supervisor; Nitin Sharma took over the call and was equally unhelpful. He told me that the refund has been advised on the order and will take 72 hrs. before being processed to my account. Till date neither have I received an email nor a call advising the refund.

I am extremely disappointed and harassed at this treatment. I would request the refund being processed ASAP so that I can end my association with FnY. Reason why online shopping would never take-off as well as abroad is TRUST & TRANSPERENCY that an Indian firm isn’t just capable of.

Even after sending this email the FnY team sent me the following email that completely puts the onus on me and that its my problem if I chose to place an order with them:

I would consider this is ineffective management and cheating on FnY's part. Certainly my LAST purchase with them.
