Dear Sir,

My name is Sandeep Dattu Temghare, I am resident of Pune, [India].I have purchased a e-t v mobile phone from a company(Naaptol). The details of the company ican be obtained from Shop Online and Compare Price - Compare and Shop Online in India for Mobiles, Laptops, Cameras, Automobiles My order number is 539936 dated on 01.07.2010.
In reference to the above, order, I had recieved a product delivery from the company.

But unfortunately, I have found that, the product, was not working. and had 100 % failure, in its operation, and was not as per the standard and specification mentioned in their advertisement, in Times of India. dated.27th June '2010

Hence I spoke to the company's customer care dept, and they had asked to send the product back. which equally i have done so, by Blue Dart courier , doc no.12869341870.

The product was returned back to the company. as per the above docket no.

Now the complaint is .

1] The company till date has not given me replacement for the product..

2] Neither the company is willing to refund back the amount.

I have send several mails to the company, and equally spoken with their customer care, they just guarantee me verbally. but in actual their is no physical efforts till date.
