I have ordered for the corning ware set from EBay Global easy buy. This states it is new. After receiving the set I found it used set. When I approached eBay customer care they guided me to open a resolution and after a time span I went for purchase protection program for my claim. In reply to which their concern depart mailed denying the claim for the reason that on ebay.com the item is described as used item. Let me be clear that the item was parched by me from EBay Global easy buy which states item condition as new. And I have not parched it from ebay.com which sell used item also. The description of the ordered item is as follow. It is EBay Global easy buy mistake and not my. Why should I get the new item or my refund?

I purchased one Mp3 player for Rs.2098/- from ebay in November 2009.
